The equipment adopts a continuous scanning quenching method, mainly aimed at quenching the surface of engineering machinery pins and small diameter rollers. For quenching long workpieces, the equipment is equipped with a limited deformation straightening mechanism to ensure that the deformation of the quenched workpieces does not exceed the tolerance. The fully automated working mode has high work efficiency and good quality consistency.
