Oblique vertical raceway quenching equipment

The oblique vertical raceway quenching equipment is suitable for continuous scanning quenching of ring parts raceways, and one machine tool has the function of quenching the football raceway and three rows of column raceways. Equipment quenching can achieve preheating of one inductor and heating of another inductor. The front and rear, left and right, and workpiece rotation of the transformer are all driven by Siemens servo motors. Equipped with automatic alignment function of sensors, the system always automatically tracks and compensates during the workpiece quenching process, ensuring that the gap between the sensor and the quenching surface of the raceway remains unchanged. The sensors and water sprayers both use a water and electricity quick change interface, which allows for quick and fast replacement and adjustment. All processing parameters of the equipment can be input through a dedicated parameter screen and can store multiple processing processes. The control system has process parameter monitoring and recording functions, and the product processing process can be traced.
