On September 25, the Shiyan Science and Technology Innovation and Innovation Entrepreneurship Conference was held at the Shiyan Municipal Administrative Conference Center. The Municipal Committee Office and the Municipal Government Office of Shiyan commended the "experts with outstanding contributions in Shiyan City" from 2020 to 2021 and issued certificates of honor.
