KGPS Controllable Silicon Thyristor Power Supply
The KGPS MF power supply uses Thyristors (SCRs) as the main inversion components. It converts 3-phase AC utility power into single-phase MF AC power via robust rectification and inversion stages. Key Features : Advanced Control: Highly integrated digital control utilizing Dual Closed-Loop Regulation (supporting both Constant Voltage and Constant Current modes). High Performance: Achieves high reliability and efficiency by using constant reverse voltage time control for a high power factor. Safety & Diagnostics: Comprehensive Protection: Protects against Overvoltage (OV), Overcurrent (Startup & MF), Inverter Failure, and Low Water Pressure. Monitoring: PLC control provides real-time operation status, fault display, and integrated water temperature monitoring for all circuits. Reliability: Unique current limiting units and pulse trigger modules in the inversion circuit ensure superior long-term stability.
Automatic Chuck Hardening Machine
· The Automatic Chuck Hardening Machine is suitable for the heating and hardening of various chuck I - grooves (or "G - grooves") and center bores (or "navel parts"). Multiple different hardening areas are processed automatically within a single work station. · The equipment features three positions: Loading Position, Hardening Position, and Unloading Position. Material transfer between each position is automatically completed by a dedicated transfer mechanism, requiring no manual operation. · When changing product types, the operator only needs to call up the corresponding processing program and replace the induction coil. The system provides real - time monitoring and recording of operating status and processing parameters. The machine's electrical control system communicates with the heating power supply to achieve full automation of the workpiece hardening process.
Bed Guideway Hardening Machine
The Bed Guideway Hardening Machine is specialized for the induction hardening of machine tool guideways across diverse sizes and specifications. It employs a fixed workpiece, continuous inductor scanning method. The machine is controlled by servo technology to automatically measure and precisely set the initial gap between the inductor and the guideway. Utilizing electrical automatic tracking technology, the system ensures the inductor-to-workpiece gap remains strictly constant during the entire hardening process, significantly improving hardening consistency and minimizing quenching deformation and machining allowance.
