KGPS thyristor power supply
The KGPS type thyristor intermediate frequency power supply uses thyristors as the main inverter device, which converts three-phase power frequency AC power into single-phase intermediate frequency AC power through rectification, filtering, inversion, and other links. It adopts a complete set of Chenghua control circuit with high degree of digitization; The entire system implements dual closed-loop regulation, which can adopt two working modes: constant voltage and constant current. It has protection functions that can cope with various situations such as overvoltage, startup overcurrent, intermediate frequency overcurrent inverter failure, and insufficient water pressure; Adopting PLC control, it can monitor the operation of equipment at any time and provide fault display; Equipped with a water temperature detection system, it can monitor and protect the temperature of various waterways; The inverter trigger system of the equipment adopts a constant back voltage time control method, which can ensure the power supply operates at high power factor. Fully automatic quenching equipment for chuck
The fully automatic quenching equipment for chuck is suitable for heating and quenching various chuck I-slots and umbilicals, and multiple different quenching parts are automatically completed on one workstation. The chuck fully automatic quenching equipment has three workstations: loading position, quenching position, and unloading position. The transportation between each workstation is automatically completed by an automatic material transfer mechanism, without the need for manual operation. The bed guide rail quenching machine is specially designed for induction quenching of various types and specifications of machine tools. The bed is fixed and the sensor continuously scans and moves for quenching. The machine tool adopts servo control technology. After the workpiece is fixed on the workbench, the machine tool control system can automatically measure and position the gap between the sensor and the workpiece accurately based on the set parameters, and automatically heat and cool the surface of the quenched workpiece.
