Bell Housing / Wheel Hub Bearing Quenching/Tempering Equipment
This equipment is designed for the induction hardening and tempering of CV Joint Bell Housings and Wheel Hub Bearings. It features two Quenching Stations and one Tempering Station operating simultaneously. Intelligent CNC control and a manipulator (robot) handle all loading, movement, and flipping for fully automated operation. Powered by an internationally leading digital transistor solid-state power supply, the system ensures stability. Key features include a dedicated Process Parameter Monitoring System for data recording and optional Online NDT/Laser Printing. The overall system delivers high intelligence and high processing efficiency.
Tripod Housing Intelligent Quenching/Tempering Equipment
The Tripod Housing Intelligent Quenching/Tempering Equipment is specifically designed for the induction quenching and tempering of the spline and inner bore of Constant Velocity (CV) Joint Tripod Housing type parts. The machine is centrally controlled by an intelligent CNC system. All processes, including loading/unloading, material transfer, grasping, and positioning of the workpiece during processing, are completed entirely by a manipulator (robot).
Dual-Station Dual-Frequency Gear Ring / Shaft Hardening Machine
This machine features two distinct stations (one vertical for shafts, one horizontal for gear rings) in a single unit. It is optimized for gear rings and camshafts in the automotive sector. The Gear Ring Station utilizes a digital high-power dual-frequency power supply for precise gear tooth profile contour hardening. The Shaft Station offers flexible modes, including continuous, simultaneous, and segmented hardening. Suitable for both single-piece and batch production, the machine is characterized by a rational structure, complete functionality, and safe, convenient operation.
Dual station sensor mobile quenching machine
This machine features a vertical, dual-station structure and operates using the Inductor Traverse (moving inductor) method. It is highly versatile, supporting continuous, simultaneous, and segmented hardening modes. Primarily designed for the surface hardening of parts like CV joints, crankshafts, camshafts, and small discs. Controlled by a CNC system and powered by a digital transistorized supply, it is ideal for both single-piece and batch production while ensuring convenient operation and complete functionality.
