Adopting CNC system control and optionally equipped with a dedicated parameter management monitoring and recording system, it achieves the function of recording process parameters and querying historical data of quenched products. Equipped with a digital transistor induction heating power supply, it has complete protection functions and stable and reliable performance. The roller vertical quenching machine tool can choose dual axis simultaneous quenching function according to the heating task needs, and the overall mechanism design is reasonable and fully functional.
