The horizontal roller quenching/tempering machine tool is suitable for continuous scanning heating quenching and segmented scanning heating quenching of various shaft parts. The machine tool control system adopts CNC control, which can achieve displacement control and power program setting. The feeding mechanism adopts a step-by-step feeding method, with nylon embedded in the material groove, so that the workpiece will not collide with each other. The pushing motor adopts an AC servo motor, the rotating motor adopts a deceleration motor, and the speed is adjusted by a frequency converter. The return water groove with a roller can easily pull out the machine tool and clean impurities such as oxide skin. According to user needs, online tempering function can be added.
