Dual station sensor mobile quenching machine
This machine features a vertical, dual-station structure and operates using the Inductor Traverse (moving inductor) method. It is highly versatile, supporting continuous, simultaneous, and segmented hardening modes. Primarily designed for the surface hardening of parts like CV joints, crankshafts, camshafts, and small discs. Controlled by a CNC system and powered by a digital transistorized supply, it is ideal for both single-piece and batch production while ensuring convenient operation and complete functionality.
Dual-Station Workpiece Traverse Hardening Machine
This machine is a Vertical, Dual-Station system that performs induction surface hardening via the Workpiece Traverse (Moving Workpiece) method. Designed for parts like CV joints, crankshafts, camshafts, and small discs, it supports flexible hardening modes including continuous, simultaneous, segmented continuous, and segmented simultaneous quenching. Control is managed by a CNC system, featuring a digital transistorized power supply and an optional Parameter Management System for comprehensive data logging and query. Its efficient design makes it suitable for both single-piece and high-volume batch production.
Brake shoe quenching machine tool
The brake shoe quenching machine tool is mainly suitable for induction quenching of automotive brake shoe parts. By using workpiece movement, it can achieve local quenching function of quenched parts. Adopting CNC system control and optionally equipped with a dedicated parameter management monitoring and recording system, achieving the function of querying process parameters and historical data of quenched products. Equipped with a digital transistor induction heating power supply, it has complete protection functions and stable and reliable performance.
