The bell shell/wheel hub bearing quenching/tempering equipment is suitable for induction quenching of various types and specifications of constant velocity universal joint bell shell parts/automotive wheel hub bearing parts. The machine tool adopts an intelligent CNC system for centralized control. The movement/flipping of the workpiece during loading, unloading, and processing are all completed by the robotic arm, and the rotation of the workstation is automatically completed by the rotary table. The equipment is equipped with two quenching stations and one tempering station, which simultaneously complete the quenching and tempering processes for different parts of the station. The heating power supply adopts internationally leading transistor solid-state power supply, fully digital control technology, with complete protection functions and digital parameter settings and display interfaces. The dedicated process parameter management and monitoring system can record various data of the monitoring equipment in real-time, and has the function of querying historical data. The equipment can be equipped with online laser printing function and online non-destructive testing system. High overall intelligence and processing efficiency.
