Intelligent quenching/tempering equipment for three column groove shell

The intelligent quenching/tempering equipment for three column groove shells is specially designed for induction quenching and tempering of splines and inner cavities of three column groove shell parts of constant velocity universal joints. The machine tool adopts an intelligent CNC system for centralized control, and the processes of loading, unloading, and workpiece movement/grasping/positioning during the processing are all completed by the robotic arm. The equipment is equipped with two quenching stations and one tempering station, which simultaneously complete the spline and inner cavity quenching and tempering processes of the workpiece. Internal quenching can achieve overall quenching or continuous scanning quenching. The heating power supply adopts internationally leading transistor solid-state power supply, fully digital control technology, and has complete protection functions and digital parameter settings and display interfaces. The dedicated process parameter management and monitoring system can achieve real-time recording of various data of monitoring equipment, and has the function of querying historical data. The equipment can be equipped with online laser marking function and online non-destructive testing system. The entire machine has a high degree of intelligence and processing efficiency.
