The optical axis quenching line equipment is used for automatic quenching of shafts. The machine tool is composed of a feeding silo, a feeding conveyor chain, a workpiece gripping and flipping mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a quenching station, a transformer moving mechanism, a transformer two-dimensional sliding table, a feeding conveyor chain, a control system, etc. It is an alternative equipment for the older generation of vertical shaft quenching machines, truly achieving unmanned production. It can be connected to the previous automatic machine to achieve automated production.
The optical axis quenching line equipment adopts a continuous scanning quenching method, mainly aimed at quenching the surface of engineering machinery pins and small diameter rollers. For quenching longer workpieces, the equipment is equipped with a limited deformation straightening mechanism to ensure that the deformation of the quenched workpieces does not exceed the standard. The fully automated working mode has high processing efficiency and good quality consistency.
