The roller vertical quenching machine is mainly suitable for induction quenching of long shaft and disc parts. The use of sensor movement can achieve continuous scanning quenching, segmented scanning quenching, and segmented overall quenching functions for shaft parts, and continuous scanning quenching or overall quenching for gear profiles of gear parts. Adopting CNC system control and optionally equipped with a dedicated parameter management monitoring and recording system, it achieves the function of recording process parameters and querying historical data of quenched products. Equipped with a digital transistor induction heating power supply, it has complete protection functions and stable and reliable performance. The roller vertical quenching machine tool can choose dual axis simultaneous quenching function according to the heating task needs, and the overall mechanism design is reasonable and fully functional.
