The horizontal rotary bearing single tooth/raceway quenching machine tool adopts a single column, crossbeam, and rotary workbench method, and the bed body is welded with profiles and aged; The machine tool has good rigidity, the transformer has left and right, up and down movement, the rotary workbench is driven by an AC servo motor, and the guide rail is a rectangular linear guide rail; The rotary workbench can automatically divide teeth.

During the quenching process, there is no need for manual adjustment, and the equipment automatically completes the quenching. The horizontal rotary bearing single tooth/raceway quenching machine can be used for ring single tooth or raceway scanning quenching.

1. Machine tool structure: column with horizontal rotary table (optional gantry type).

2. Rotation method: The turntable rotates and automatically divides the teeth.

3. Working method: Horizontal support type (can be supported internally/externally).

4. Clamping: Can be manually aligned (optional automatic alignment, automatic clamping/loosening).

5. Induction ring and workpiece quenching gap: electrical automatic tracking device/mechanical floating tracking device.

6. Electric control: touch screen and PLC/Siemens 808D/828D/840DSL.

7. Adjustment of large/small workpieces: Adjust the transformer slide (beam movement).

8. Display: quenching speed, cooling water temperature, quenching liquid temperature, voltage, current, and power.

9. Drive/motor: AC servo motor.

10. Number of axles: 3 axles.

11. Number of workstations: 1 (optional 2: when one workstation is quenched, the other workstation is loaded and unloaded), dual teeth can be simultaneously quenched to improve efficiency.

12. Machine tool adaptability: It is suitable for both raceway quenching and tooth quenching.

13. Track gap: divided into electrical and mechanical tracking methods, the electrical tracking gap can be guaranteed to be within 0.1mm, ensuring consistency in quenching quality.
