The complete production line consists of a loading magazine, feeding conveyor chain, workpiece grasping and flipping mechanism, feeding mechanism, quenching station, transformer traverse mechanism, transformer 2D slide, unloading conveyor chain, and control system. It is the replacement equipment for the older generation of vertical shaft hardening machines, enabling truly unmanned production. The line can be automatically connected to upstream processes to achieve fully automated manufacturing.
